What to write about

To help us act quickly, start your subject line with one of these labels:

• [Bug] — a symbol shows as an empty box, the copy button does not work, or a style looks wrong. Tell us the page, the browser or app, and the device.
• [Remove] — you want a nickname you shared, or a name in the community list, taken down. Paste the exact nickname text and the page where you saw it.
• [Copyright] — you believe content on Nikename infringes your rights. Include the page URL, a description of your work, proof that you own it or act for the owner, and how we can reach you.
• [Privacy] — a question or request about the data described in our privacy policy.
• [Feedback] — ideas for new symbols, styles or games.

What we cannot help with

Nikename is an independent nickname styling tool. It is not a game site and is not affiliated with any game, app or publisher. We cannot change, recover or unlock your in-game name, sell top-ups, or contact a game company for you. For account problems, use the official support channel of the game or app.

Do you reply to the «Was this page helpful?» box?

No. That box is anonymous, so we cannot answer it. Email us if you want a reply.

Can you change or recover my in-game name?

No. Only the game or app can do that through its own support channel. Nikename only styles the text you paste.

How do I get a nickname removed?

Email us with the subject [Remove], the exact nickname text and the page where it appears. We remove it and confirm by email.
